How to browse Internet

1. You need to have a web/internet browser.


a. Internet Explorer
b. Mozilla Firefox
c. Google Chrome
d. Opera
e. Safari
f. Netscape
2. Open a web/internet browser.
a. You can right click the desktop icon of the browser
then select open
b. Or double left click on the icon of the browser.
c. Or you can click the start button, look for the browser you like to use, then double click.
3. Type to the website address on the address bar, then eneter.
a. Example of website
i. www.google.com
ii. www.yahoo.com
iii. www.facebook.com

Creating a email account

1. Choose a domain server or website that you like or your company required.
a. Example.
i. www.gmail.com (Gmail or google mail)
ii. www.yahoomail.com (Ymail or yahoo mail)
iii. Hotmail (Microsoft)
iv. Outlook (Microsoft)
2. Type the website address to the address bar on your web browser, press enter.
3. Look for the button that says CREATE ACCOUNT.
4. Fill-up all the necessary details. Then click next
5. Then when complete click create.
a. Example Email address or Email Account.

ii. [email protected]

Opening your email account

1. Open a web browser then type the website of your account.


2. Then look on the log-in, then type your username and password.
3. Then click on your inbox.
4. Search on the message or email your looking for.

Creating an email

1. Click on Compose button then click on new message.


2. On the text box “TO:” type the email account of the recipient.
3. On the text box “Subject:” type the subject of your email.
4. Create your mail.
5. When done click send.

Attaching a file on your email.

1. Click on Compose button then click on new message.


2. On the text box “TO:” type the email account of the recipient.
3. On the text box “Subject:” type the subject of your email.
4. Create your mail.
5. Then look for the icon that say attach file. Then click attach, wait for the file to be completed to be attach.
6. When done click send.

Opening an attached file on your email.

1. Open a web browser then type the website of your account.


2. Then look on the log-in, then type your username and password.
3. Then click on your inbox.
4. Search the subject of the email then double left click to open the content of the email.
5. Look for the attachment then click download all.
6. Wait until the file is fully downloaded.
7. Then open the attached file.
8. Then sign out your account when done.
