Functions added after March 13th:

=================================
bilinearUpscale
cpuSpriteRenderLevel
eeCycleRate
moveHandler
nativePaletteDraw
nativeScaling

They replaced FpuNegDivHack with eeDivRoundMode in the GameDB

Functions changed after March 13th:

===================================
AutoFlush's function now has three options instead of two. 1 was reassigned to mean
Sprites Only while 2 is the Default behaviour
For AutoFlush compatibility, please replace autoFlush: 2 with autoFlush: 1
Also compare autoFlush: 1 behaviour in the latest GameDB with 4248's one to find
instances it's still used
halfPixelOffset now has five (0-4) options instead of four, with 4 being the newly
added "Align to Native" mode
They added yet another halfPixelOffset option, bringing up the total to 5
Best practice is to set halfPixelOffset to 1 when you encounter halfPixelOffset set
as 4 or 5 in the GameDB
Emulator now uses Full Mipmapping and Trilinear filtering by default with only the
option to disabled it (with mipmap 0)

Functions with name changes after March 13th:

=============================================
Before ---> After
---------------------------------------------
InstantVU1SpeedHack ---> instantVU1
MTVUSpeedHack ---> mtvu
mvuFlagSpeedHack ---> mvuFlag
wildArmsHack ---> forceEvenSpritePosition
GSC_Tekken5 ---> GSC_NamcoGames

Functions removed after March 13th that should be kept:

=======================================================
partialTargetInvalidation - it fixes texture corruption issues
mipmap and trilinearFiltering have largely been removed from the GameDB

Notes:
======
* With Growlanser "textureInsideRT: 1" was replaced with "moveHandler". It's better
to leave it in since a fix is better than no fix
* Check if getSkipCount parameter existed before March 13th:
https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/blame/d08461bd4c10561e12e6278805ef960b65382230/
pcsx2/GS/Renderers/HW/GSHwHack.h#L45
* They started removing textureInsideRT from games (like Final Fantasy) due to
fixes in the code. They're not present in NetherSX2's core, so it's best to leave
them in or use the older settings to work around the issues it fixes
* Removed a bunch of CRC hacks due to https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/pull/8825 -
keeping FFX hacks because FFXII crashes otherwise...
