I, Isabel Reymundodia Tagle, an 85-year-old senior citizen, hereby authorized
my granddaughter, Jaszelle R. Tagle, to file and claim the Certificate of No Marriage of
my daughter, Julie R. Tagle who passed away on December 2, 2024.
I confirm that Jaszelle R. Tagle is my authorized representative and has my full
authority to act on my behalf in this matter. Further, I attached my identification card as
proof of my identity.
