Article 8: Penal and Miscellaneous Provision
A. Prohibition in the Practice of Nursing
Fine of not less than 50,000 nor more than 100,000 or imprisonment of not less than 1 year nor more than 6
years under the following circumstances:
1. No license/COR
2. Using other COR/license
3. Using invalid or revoked COR/license
4. Giving false evidence
5. Falsely poses as an RN
6. Appending BSN/RN without registration
