Sucre Mission: The Extraordinary Plan Mariscal Antonio José de Sucre,
called 'Misión Sucre', is an initiative of the Venezuelan State and of
Bolivarian government aimed at enhancing institutional synergy and the
community participation, to guarantee access to university education
all graduates without spots and transform the condition of those excluded from
higher education subsystem. It was created to break, through the path of Education
