LESSON 8: STRATEGIC PLAN.

Purpose of the School: To train disciples in the work strategy to exercise the
leadership and fulfilling the mission of the Church "The Beautiful".

Purpose of the Lesson:


That the disciple knows where we are heading as a Church and commits to
be part to reach the Vision.

Guidance for the teacher:


Many Christians live life without having a clear goal. God has given us a
mission that requires from us as leaders. Starting with God and observing
great men of the Bible we can see that they used planning to achieve
objective. Through this lesson, the teacher must emphasize the importance of being
participants in the strategic plan of the Church as participation is required from
every single member to achieve the vision.

1. Awakening interest:
Organize the class into groups and assign daily life tasks for them to
establish the steps required to achieve the goal.

2. Scrutinizing the Word:


Judges 7:15-22.

3. Developing the lesson:

STRATEGIC AREAS - OBJECTIVES - COORDINATIONS

SERVICE AREA:
Promote the service with excellence.

A. SERVICE - PROTOCOL:
To provide attentive care to the participants in the various activities of the
church including the preachers.
2. Ensure that order is maintained in each activity.

3. To take care of the decoration in the meeting room and/or wherever necessary

4. Win other brothers, so that they may serve the Lord in this ministry.

B. SERVICE - MAINTENANCE:
1. Be aware of the proper functioning of the movable assets used in the place
of church activities.
2. Pending any deterioration of the church buildings, in order to
repair them.
3. Form a team of trained people in each area to be managed.
4. Be available for any activity outside the congregation.

C. SERVICE - FOR THE TEMPLE:


Promote the vision of the need for a new headquarters.

AREA OF MISSIONS:
Integrate membership into missionary work.

A. THE LOCAL MISSIONS OFFICE.


1. Raise awareness in the entire church about the responsibility we have,
as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, to go to all nations.
2. Project the missionary work of the Assemblies of God of Venezuela.
3. Having contact with the missionaries who are in the field and keeping the
church informed of its activities; especially of the missionaries
adopted.
4. Send missionaries to the nations.

ADMINISTRATIVEAREA:
OBJECTIVE: Establish an effective and efficient management of resources
association.

A. SECRETARIAT.
Keep the church membership life record up to date.
2. Registering marriage certificates, baptisms, and child presentations.
3. Attend to everything concerning the church office.
4. Keep a record of professionals and technicians and other trades of the members.

5. Develop the advertising and promotional material for the church.

B. FINANCE.
1. Carry out the budgets within the timeframes that require it.

C. COMPREHENSIVE STUDENT CARE: Implement programs for


educational guidance for children, adolescents, and young people of the Bolívar Municipality.

EVANGELISTIC AREA:
Reach the Municipality of Bolívar with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

A. YOUTH MINISTRY CHRIST AMBASSADORS (MIJECAD):


Design and implement evangelism strategies aimed at reaching the
young people for Christ. (Age: 15 to 35 years).

B. CASTLE OF THE KING (CRAD): Design and implement strategies of


evangelism aimed at reaching children and adolescents for Christ. (Age
12 to 15 years.

C. INTEGRAL EVANGELISM PROGRAM (PIE): Develop


programs to evangelize heterogeneous groups and reach them for Christ.

D. COORDINATION OF MEDIA: Design and


implement evangelism strategies aimed at reaching souls for
Christ using mass media.

E. CONSOLIDATION: Coordinate primary care for new converts and


distribution of material to the consolidators team.

TRAINING AREA:
To form responsible and reproductive disciples of Jesus Christ.

A. BIBLE SCHOOLS: Develop systematic biblical teaching,


structured and continuous.

B. SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Training towards the
biblical leadership.

C. BIBLICAL INSTITUTE: Training for the ministry.

D. LITERARY PRODUCTION: To produce the bibliographic material required by


our training plans.

E. FAMILY TRAINING: Education for life in the family.

F. THEMED AND SPECIALIZED SCHOOLS: Specific training


based on the Bible.

G. CHILDREN'S CHURCH: Training of boys and girls for the service of God.
4. Applying the lesson:
Present a slide with the seven (07) strategic areas and that each disciple has the
opportunity to express which area of work you would like to be part of.

5. Memorizing the lesson: Exodus 40:16.

6. Preparing the disciple for the next lesson:


We have studied the Strategic Plan of the La Hermosa Church which requires
participation of all members and effective leadership. To be leaders, it is necessary
pay the price… In the next lesson we will study the Price of Leadership… You
