MODEL OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT SUBJECT TO STARTING MODALITY
OF ACTIVITY
This document constitutes the "EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT SUBJECT TO
MODALITY FOR INITIATING ACTIVITY, celebrated under the protection of Art. 57º
of the Labor Productivity and Competitiveness Law approved by D. S. No. 003-
97-TR and complementary regulations, on one side, GENERAL SERVICES
ACUÑA ROUS SAC, with RUC No. 20602533175, with real address at Av. Balta.
N°xxxxxxxxxx, surrounded by Chiclayo, duly represented by ESTHER
ELIZABETH ACUÑA ROSALES, with ID No. 47224583, according to the registered power of attorney in the
registration record No. xxxx., of the Register of Legal Entities of Chiclayo, to whom
hereinafter referred to as THE EMPLOYER; and on the other side Mr.

who hereinafter will be referred to as THE WORKER; under the terms and
following conditions:
FIRST: THE EMPLOYEE is a company dedicated to developing projects
real estate and the buying and selling of real estate, which requires covering
temporarily the needs of the company such as:
1. Achievement of short, medium, and long-term goals.
2. Direction of related areas such as:
Accounting.
Treasury.
Logistics.
Personal.
3. Development of internal guidelines for the improvement of activities
from the aforementioned areas.
4. Development and management of economic growth policies.
5. And everything that the EMPLOYER considers, in attention to the nature of
assigned work.
SECOND: By this document, THE EMPLOYER hires in a manner
TEMPORAL under the modality of Start of Activities, the services of EL
WORKER who will hold the position of ADMINISTRATOR, in relation
with the objective causes mentioned in the previous clause.
THIRD: The duration of this contract is 1 year, and it is in effect from
on October 18, 2021, the date on which it should begin its work
Worker until October 18, 2022, the date the contract ends.
FOURTH: THE WORKER will be subject to a probation period of three
months, the same that starts on October 18, 2021, and ends on January 18
from 2022. It is understood that during this trial period THE EMPLOYER
he can terminate the contract without expressing a reason.
FIFTH: THE WORKER will follow the following work schedule: From Monday to
Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (including 1 hour of break).
SIXTH: THE WORKER must comply with the specific regulations of the Center
Work, the other labor regulations, and those that are provided for needs of
service in exercising the powers of administration of the company, of
compliance with Art. 9 of the Law on Productivity and Labor Competitiveness
approved by D. S. No. 003-97-TR.
SEVENTH: THE EMPLOYER will pay the WORKER the amount of S/.
3000.00 (three thousand and 00/100 soles), as monthly remuneration, of which
will deduct the contributions and discounts for taxes established by law that it
result from application.
EIGHTH: THE EMPLOYER is obliged to register THE WORKER in the Book
of Payroll Sheets, as well as to inform the Authority
Administrative Labor Authority this contract, for your knowledge and registration, in
compliance with the provisions of article 73 of the Single Ordered Text
Legislative Decree 728, Law of Labor Productivity and Competitiveness, approved
by Supreme Decree No. 003-97-TR.
NINTH: It is understood that THE EMPLOYER is not obligated to give notice
any additional regarding the termination of this contract, effecting its extinction
on the due date as per the third clause, at which time

TENTH: This contract is subject to the provisions contained in the TUO of
Leg. No. 728 approved by D. S. No. 003-97-TR Productivity Law
Labor Competitiveness, and other legal regulations that govern it or that are
dictated during the validity of the contract.
