VISUALIZATION SCRIPT

Close your eyes; let's get into a comfortable position, with our arms over our chest.
and the abdomen, the legs stretched out, with the feet slightly opened outward, with a
willingness to enter a state of relaxation.

Now; let's pay attention to the breath, observe, feel, and follow the
breathing...

At this moment we are going to do a simple relaxation exercise...

From this moment on, we are going to become aware of our breathing. Do not modify it.

I go, to the rhythm of the birds and to the level of the times. In peace my house and temple, my
hobby... Long talks with the open sea.....

The tide comes and goes, the serenity, the whistling, wild of the natural. Truth. Freedom...
- And today we sail in this mental ocean...

Now; you become aware of this mental state, you become aware of your body in
rest, relaxed

At this moment, you are preparing to stop exercising, preserving all the
