Emotional acupuncture

We think about the problem or difficulty that we want to heal.

We evaluate from 0 to 10 on a subjective measurement scale or USM.

0: absence of pain
10: maximum level of discomfort

Drawing No. 1

We use the fingertips of the index and middle fingers to strike decisively but
without causing harm.

It does not matter which side of the body is being worked on. It also does not matter if the side is changed.

Give around 15 to 17 taps or hits while saying the Reminder Phrase:

Despite having........., (briefly summarize the problem you want to address). I


I accept myself completely and deeply.

Example:

If we are using this problem phrase:

Despite having this fear of public speaking, I fully and deeply accept myself.

The ideal reminder phrase would be: fear of speaking in public


Subsequently, follow the following frequency of strokes on the meridians that are
indicated:

Meridians are channels of energy transmission.

Between the eyebrows: trauma, frustration, unease


Side of the eye: relieves access to fury
Under the eye. Anxiety, nervous states, phobias, addictive desires
Under the nose: turmoil, psychological inversion (or internal oppositions)
Under the lower lip: alleviates feelings of shame
Under the collarbone: anxiety and insecurity
Under the arm: anxiety, nerves, self-esteem
Beneath the chest: unhappiness

Back of the hand (point K): loneliness, depression, physical pain

Little finger: anger
Middle finger: jealousy
Index finger: blame
thumb: intolerance, arrogance

While continuously tapping the Gamma Point (5 taps are allowed for each step), do the ...

Close your eyes


2. Open your eyes
3. Move your eyes down and to one side
4. Move the eyes downwards and to the other side
5. Roll your eyes in a circle in one direction
6. Rotate your eyes in a circle in the opposite direction
7. Hum a melody (like five notes) loudly, with the
closed mouth eg.: happy birthday
Count aloud from one to five
9. Hum the melody again, loudly with your mouth
closed

Side of the Hand (Gama point): sadness, psychological disorder

The indicated frequency in drawing No. 2 is repeated again.

It is re-evaluated from 0 to 10 on the USM (Subjective Measurement Unit) scale.
