If at any time an account is marked that a payment arrangement (manual or PTP or PTC) has been made
none of the below should occur.
If a customer promises to contact us on a certain date, we should have a reminder to go to them on that
date reminding them to reach out with however method they communicated with us. For example, if
the promise to call was made by phone, then there should be a task for a collector to call them or an
automatic call be made for them to push 1 to speak to someone. If they texted or emailed us that they
were going to contact us, then we should send them a reminder by text if it was test or an email if it was
by email. If they failed to contact us as promised, then the collections process below should resume
based on how many days they are past due.
If said payment arrangement is returned or x amount of days (to be determined by tenant) has gone by
without promised to pay payment not received or promised to contact not made, then collections
proceed from last one completed.

An additional letter will be mailed out each month to clients whose payments are clearing each month
or somewhat clearing, but are not catching up their amount past due. This way they are informed that
their credit is getting rated from I2-I5 unless they catch up their arrears. This could also go out with
automated phone calls where they press one to speak to a representative or by text and email. Still to
be decided.
