VIRTUAL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT


This agreement is made effective from July 1, 2025

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Position and Responsibilities


Employee shall serve as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Duties include developing digital marketing strategies,
managing online campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics reporting.

2. Contract Duration
This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2025, and continue for a period of two (2) years, terminating on June
30, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

3. Compensation
Employee shall be paid a monthly salary of £2,200 GBP, payable on the last working day of each month. Payment
will be made via direct bank transfer.

4. Working Hours
The Employee's normal working hours are 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a
one-hour lunch break.

5. probation Period
The first three (3) months of employment shall constitute a probationary period. During this time, either party may
terminate this agreement with one week's notice.

6. Leave Entitlement
Employee is entitled to 20 days of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays. Leave must be approved in
advance by the employer.

7. Confidentiality
Employee agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information of the Company during or after
employment without written consent.

8. Termination
After probation, either party may terminate this agreement by giving two (2) months' written notice. The Company
may terminate immediately without notice in cases of gross misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property
All work created by the Employee during employment shall be the property of FLY Expedia.

10. Governing Law


This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Entire Agreement


This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions and
agreements.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions
of this employment agreement.
