Flexão/extensão de joelho em DD com elástico;
Prancha de joelhos em DV;
Marcha com andador (frente, trás e lateral).

SESSÃO 6 – DIA 29/08/2025 – 10:30H
Alongamento de MMII;
Marcha estacionária com andador;
Mobilização de quadril na bola;
Contração isométrica de quadríceps e glúteos;
Flexão de quadril na bola com 1Kg;
Flexão de joelho em DD com elástico;
Abdução/adução de quadril em DD com elástico;
Elevação pélvica na bola;
Transferência de peso;
Subir/descer um degrau;
Sentar/levantar com apoio bilateral;
Marcha com andador.
