Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
 ¾ cup granulated sugar
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 2 eggs
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 cups chocolate chips

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into butter mixture.
4. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.

**Baking Time:** 10–12 minutes

**Temperature:** 175°C (350°F)

**Yield:** 24 cookies
Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ cup unsalted butter
 1 cup sugar
 2 eggs
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ cup milk

Procedure:
5. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
6. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.

Ingredients:
 2 cups all-purpose flour

 ⅓ cup vegetable oil
 1 cup blueberries

Procedure:
13. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
14. Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil.
15. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full.

Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients:
 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 1 ½ cups sugar
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp cocoa powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
 1 cup buttermilk
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp red food coloring
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 tsp vinegar

Procedure:
16. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
17. Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients separately, then mix all together.
18. Pour into greased pans.
