OPTION 1 (hiring additional 3 parttime teachers)
1 parttime teacher is (5k/12:30-3:35) = 2k shouldered by the school, 3k will be shouldered from the club fee
2,000 x 2 (days) = 4,000 x 4(weeks) = 16,000 pesos/teacher
16,000 x 3 (teachers) = 48,000 per month (additional expenses from school)

Note: The schedules for Grades 4 and 5 will be back-to-back with the art classes and the number of students per specialization will be considered
when dividing the classes.

The only possible expenses will be 1 additional part time teacher and/or additional pay for additional load for the regular teachers.
