SECTION A: -
So, the tutor of my elective course thinking outside the box had told us to make a website. In which first
we had to make a group and had to decide the topic of a website. The topic of our website was Health
from Home. We were 5 members in group. The name of the members are Raihana Busheri, Salman
Mohammed, Nohaiz Kaiser, Affaf Abdullah, Mohammed Alghanem, Masooma Sajid. Raihana Busheri
was our leader she arranged our meetings so that we can complete our website before deadline. So, we
made a WhatsApp group to discuss our work related to the website. First, we divided our parts for the
website my part was to make a contact us page and the platform which we used to build our website
was [Link]. We planned meetings for that in the meetings we discussed our parts and the progress of
our website. We also shared a document with each other in our drop box in which we wrote about our
ideas also we planned the theme and colors of the website there. The member whom I really appreciate
is Raihana Busheri who was our leader. I must say that she really has good leadership skills she was the
one who arranged meetings, also she used to make us remember about the deadlines and helps us to
clear our doubts. Moreover, she was fair towards everyone because a good leader is the one who does
not show any biasedness. If something does not work properly, we used to discuss in our WhatsApp
group and try to help each other also if someone is lazy enough, we use to make them remember by the
time about the deadline. The most useful feedback I received on my part was that “You really had done
a good job. I really like the colors you had chosen” which was given by our group leader Raihana and this
feedback really helped me to be confident in my work. As I was not that confident in the starting of my
work because I was not having much idea that how to make a website, but Raihana’s feedback helped
me to be confident and motivated towards my work.
SECTION B: -
As my part was to make a contact us page so I must choose the best colors which can go with the theme
of the page which I did by my own imagination. The resource for it was [Link] there were many
examples for pages were there among them with the help of my imagination I had choose the design
and the color combination of my page which was decent for the website.
SECTION C: -
The one thing which I had learned from my whole experience of making website was to be confident
enough towards your work. And anyway, feeling insecurity about work might make it difficult to
concentrate on your professional growth and future achievement. Being confidence in yourself and your
abilities, on either side, makes you feel good, improves your job satisfaction, and boosts your overall
happiness in your career.
The biggest learning which I am taking away from my whole experience is that having right people in
your team is really a blessing. It goes without saying that having a solid working connection is crucial.
There is no right or wrong in this situation. Surrounding yourself with outstanding people can certainly
help you forge a successful mission – and being satisfied with your work is not to be overlooked. It helps
to complete the tasks on time and to be positive towards each other. It's unlikely that having fantastic
coworkers can help you stick with a job you despise... and if you enjoy what you do, putting up with the
occasional rude or 'difficult' individual may be a price worth paying.
