Subject: Addressing issue of biased behaviour with teacher
Respected ma'am,
With due regards I am formally writing to raise concerns about certain issues I have been
experiencing in the vidyalaya. These matters have been affecting my ability to perform my
duties effectively and have caused considerable mental and emotional distress. Thus, I have
been compelled to write this letter.
● My observation on July 14, 2025 was for the period of 5 - 10 minutes and the whole
judgement was based on that span of time. My revision from the topic taught from the
previous class was shown in a negative light. Application of innovative pedagogy was
not considered. Despite mentioning ‘appropriate’ in digital teaching technology in
the observation. My efforts to make digital education more prevalent and effective
was not considered. The preparation of interactive PPTs and revision activity kits for
digital smart boards were for newly installed smart boards. Students were interactive
and showed interest in PPTs in smart boards.
● On August 7, 2025, without prior notice I was called in the Principal office for signing
the annual dossier. Documents were unsigned from March, 2025 and no counselling
was done in the month of March, April, May and June and I was asked to give it a
read and sign it then and there in the month of August. Certain points mentioned in
the dossier were false accusations against me.
● False point of late submission of work in the month of March:
While discussing the second meeting on August 11, 2025 hon’ble Principal ma'am
failed to give a satisfactory reply and quoted “Kuch to kaam reh gya hoga me Nitin sir
ko poochungi”. I have till now completed work of class 11th B (2024-25) on UDISE in
the month of August, 2025. False accusations were conveyed by Nitin sir to the
principal ma'am. Every class teacher of 11th grade waited for better print as there
were some cartridge issues. This delay was equal for all but Nitin sir was compelling
me to stay back after school hours and complete the work saying it was not a
technical delay.
On this matter examination incharge Mr Vinod Dubey also mentioned a statement in
the meeting of August 11,2025 “ mujhe yaad nahi, maybe esa hi hoga”. Whereas
prior to the day of result declaration, it was the examination incharge himself who
helped me print my records first out of all eleventh sections.
● False accusations of having poor interpersonal relationships:
On August 7, 2025 the point of poor interpersonal relationships was mentioned in the
document. When asked the reason behind mentioning this point hon’ble Principal
ma'am quoted the name of Mrs Vandana Deo ma'am (PGT Biology). Citing the
incident of PGT Biology shouting at me in the computer lab in front of four teachers
and later on, she complained against me to the Principal ma'am regarding the same
matter. Principal ma'am conveyed the quote of Mrs Vandana Deo as follows: ‘me
Ankita k sath kaam nhi krungi’. Whereas all of my work's credit was unclaimed by me
in the principal office, instead I have always supported PGT Biology to lead and
represent the club and have always been a supporting team member for her. No
support was provided to me by any of my seniors regarding this matter.
● My efforts for improvement throughout the probation period
All my extra duties and betterment in teaching methodology was conveyed biasedly
in the dossier. My class 12th CBSE result was also not considered. Despite hon'ble
Principal ma'am herself praising my question paper and improvement in my digital
teaching aids in the meeting in front of the disciplinary witness Mr Harvinder Singh
Sir and Mr Vinod Dubey sir on August 1, 2025.
Preparation of class 12th board study material and revision strategies:
All my hard work for the betterment of students has been nullified. My revision work
in classroom and coherence of revision study material with CBSE board examination
prepared for students by me for grade 12 was demeaned by hon’ble Principal ma'am
citing ‘bohot sample paper lagwate h koi na koi question a hi gya hoga, isme kya
hogya’.
Two questions of 6 marks from ‘Literature section’ exactly came out of my classroom
revision work. The question based on the Invitation format in the writing section was
exactly from a revision video prepared for the betterment of students. Study material
prepared by me for students was of immense help for immediate revision prior to
examination.
Classes taught in session April-May 2025-26:
After joining in session 2025-26 from evaluation duties I was asked to take up
English classes for sections 12th B,C & D and 11th A,B & C in the month of
April-May. Without any second thought I took up the duties assigned by principal
ma'am and kept the syllabus in pace. This point was not considered or discussed by
Principal ma'am.
Application of experience based classroom learning via technology.
I have applied modern technology in classroom teaching amalgamating NEP-2020
and have used advanced PPTs and activities.
Above mentioned points were my efforts to impart and improve teaching
methodology which remained unmentioned.
This incident has led to decreased morale and has hindered my collaboration
with team members. The points I’ve raised sometimes seem to be demotivating,
demoralising and hinders my creativity as a teacher. Thus, it is not praiseworthy. It is
my humble request that the above mentioned information should be highlighted so
that teachers can work on a high positive note for the betterment of students and
maintain the scintillating glory of Air Force School, Agra.
