Cancellation Policy:
Once the Pre-Payment is done the order is placed and it cannot be cancelled. The Pre-Payment will
not be refunded if the order is cancelled due to any reason.
Timeline, Testing & Scope
- Quotation is for assembled hardware only. Software troubleshooting is out of scope.
- Stress testing will be conducted for 18 to 24 hours on each system.
- Windows 10/11 Professional x 64 (trial) versions will be installed.
- All necessary hardware drivers will be installed and functionality verified.
- Delivery after 1 working week after order confirmation under normal circumstances.
- In case of part unavailability, an equivalent part may be substituted in consultation and mutual agreement.
Warranty
- Individual warranties on the components are provided by the manufacturing companies and apply as per their warranty
policies, and the buyer can choose to avail themselves directly with the companies.
- All warranty documentation of the individual components used in the system will be provided on the package. Our GST
invoice works as a legal document to avail warranties all over India.
- ModxComputers is the one-stop solution for your RMA process and service part for 3 Years. If you face any issues in the
system, you can contact us. Product under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer's/ supplier’s
warranty policy.
- On-site service and Yearly AMC is available on a chargeable basis in the most regions.
Warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by actions that are beyond our control, such as impacts, liquids, fire, rain, lightning or other disasters.
- A product that has been damaged through misuse, abuse or mishandling. Unauthorized modification of the system as a
whole or individual component, and/or the attachment of local/unbranded peripheral devices.
- Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer/supplier's warranty policy. Damage
due to a power surge on account of voltage fluctuation, due to direct plugging without use of UPS and/or caused due to
“Inadequate Earthing Provision at Office / Home Electrical Connection”, shall be constructed and considered as
“CUSTOMER INDUCED DAMAGE” and are not covered under standard warranty.
