Newton's Laws of Motion are fundamental principles in classical mechanics that explain the relationship between a body and the forces acting on it. The three laws include the First Law of Inertia, the Second Law (F=ma), and the Third Law of Action-Reaction. The document provides examples and practice questions related to these laws.

Physics – Laws of Motion

Overview
Newton’s Laws of Motion form the foundation of classical mechanics and describe the relationship
between a body and the forces acting on it.

Key Concepts
1. First Law (Inertia)
2. Second Law (F=ma)
3. Third Law (Action–Reaction).
Examples
Example: A ball remains at rest until kicked (1st law).
Example: A 2 kg mass accelerated at 3 m/s² requires 6 N force (2nd law).

Practice
Q1. State Newton’s Third Law with an example.
Q2. Calculate force when m=5 kg, a=2 m/s².
