RESOLUTION NO.6, SERIES OF 2025
A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE BUDGET
REALIGNMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
OF BARANGAY QUINSORIANO IN THE AMOUNT OF
SIXTY THOUSAND 60,000 FROM SPORTS PROGRAM TO
THE TRAINING AND SEMINARS ALLOCATION
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Quinsoriano Through SK Resolution No. 5
Series of 2025, has proposed the realignment of funds amounting to Sixty Thousand Pesos
(60,000) from sports and recreation to Training and Seminar, in order to support their
participation in the Knowledge Management Training in Malay Aklan together with Pederasyon
ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan (PPSK);
WHEREAS, the said realignment is necessary due to the insufficient original budget of Ten
Thousand Pesos (10,000) under the Training and Seminar allocation;
WHEREAS, the realignment was approve by the sk council through a majority vote and is
aligned with allowed uses of SK funds under RA 10742;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Myles R. Libao, duly seconded by Hon. Mary Jane
Alay ay, be it:
RESOLVED, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Quinsoriano hereby approves and
endorses the Sangguniang Kabataan Resolution No. 5, Series of 2025, realigning Php 60,000.00
from "Sports Tournament" to "Training and Seminars";
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this realignment remains within the total approved Annual
Budget of the SK for the year 2025 and complies with applicable DILG and COA regulations;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Quinsoriano, the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer
(MLGOO), the Municipal Accountant, and the Commission on Audit (COA) for information and
appropriate action.
