Price are fixed for delivery in 2025. For delivery later 0,3 % per month must be added.

Cancellation of order will not be accepted without written agreement. All accumulated
costs on the order at the cancellation point will be charged, min. 15% of the order value.
Warranty: 12 months from the date the equipment is put into service, however limited to 18 months
from the time the equipment is ready for dispatch from our works. Possible repaired or replaced
components will be shipped FCA Aalesund. Should possible guarantee-repairs require effectuation
by us on your site, travelling and cost of living expenses will be charged as extras.
Sanction Clause: Company reserves the right to withdraw this offer/reject an order if the fulfilling
of the contract would result in a violation of any mandatory sanction, prohibition or restriction
under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of
Norway, the European Union, United Kingdom or United States of America that are applicable
either party.
Pricing: This total price is based on the scope of supply on a complete package as described here.
In case of changes to quantity and/or type of products, this offer will no longer be valid,
and a new offer will be issued accordingly.

Third party equipment: As an OEM supplier of compressor air solutions, Sperre prohibits
installation of any third party equipment, incl. sensors and/or condition based monitoring,
not originated as part of the original standard Sperre OEM supply.
Any associated product warranties granted by Sperre as part of the original Sperre OEM delivery
will cease to exist.
