The applicant most respectfully submits as under: -
1. That the applicant is peace loving and law abiding citizen of
India and has every respect for law and order and is
permanent resident of U.T of J&K the above mentioned
address and has never been involved in any offence.
2. That the applicant has apprehension of being arrest in non-
bailable offences by the Non-Applicant.
3. That applicant is of young age and a student and commands
great respect in the society and the police are bent to
involve the applicant in some non-bailable offences and may
arrest the applicant. Though the applicant has not committed
any offence, as such, is approach this Hon’ble Court for
grant of interim bail on false complaint. Copy of Aadhar Card
& Marks Sheet are enclosed herewith and marked as
Annexure-“A” & “B” respectively.
4. That the applicant has deep roots in the society, has no bad
impeachment and commands great respect in the society
and in case the applicant is arrested it will destroy the
respect and reputation of the applicant.
5. That the applicant is ready to abide by the conditions
imposed by the Hon’ble Court in case the petitioner is
admitted to bail in anticipation of his arrest.
An affidavit in support of the application is annexed
herewith.
In the premises: -
It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that keeping in
view the submission made hereinabove and those to be
urged at the time of hearing that the applicant may very
kindly be admitted to bail in anticipation of his arrest and
the report from the concerned Police Station may kindly
be called in the interest of justice and fair play.
