Opening & Acknowledgment of Participants
Good morning, everyone!
Welcome to the second day of our Division Orientation on the Academic Recovery &
Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program.
We are once again gathered here today with our dedicated participants who continue to
work hand in hand for the success of our learners:
- Our Education Program Supervisors and Coordinators,
- Our Public Schools District Supervisors,
- Our ever-supportive School Heads,
- The hardworking School ARAL Co-Coordinators, and
- Our committed District Reading Coordinators.
Truly, your presence and commitment signify our shared mission—to ensure that no
learner is left behind in the journey of academic recovery.
Prayer
To begin our day, let us lift our hearts in faith. May I invite everyone to bow their heads as
we join in our Opening Prayer.

Checking of Attendance
We shall now proceed with the Checking of Attendance to formally acknowledge the
presence of all participants for today’s orientation.

Special Performance
Before we proceed with the technical sessions, let us delight in a meaningful special
performance to be rendered by the Grade VI pupils of Agatona Aban Abas Elementary
School.

Management of Learning (M.O.L.)
Now that we are all energized, we shall begin with the Management of Learning session,
which will provide guidance and direction for today’s orientation flow.

Orientation Proper
We now move on to the highlight of today’s session—the Orientation Proper. This will equip
us with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively implement the ARAL Program
across our schools and districts.

As we go through the second day of our orientation, let us always be reminded that the
