As our roles and responsibility is to maintain the work peace in the premises, our role is to ensure maximum
security practicing how to perform risk assessment in 5 Steps:
1. Identify hazards ·

We need to set up a security system that will include records of monitoring footage for both the vehicles and
people accessing the premise.
We ensure that there are sign posts indicating all the gazzeted areas for certain activities like smoking area, fire
fighting post,direction for parking of vehicles.of vehicle.
After conducting the site survey the followings are my findings
Considering the current precautions the security of the entire premise is in jorpady so there is need for installing
possible precautions to prevent or minimise the risks.
According to the risk assessment provided, there is no record record findings which is very dangerous and makes it
dificult to follow up details of possible scenarials that could have or could happen.
After monitor and revisiting the site there is no tool to prommote security or safety e.g. Surveilance cameras are
not therea.
Identifying what i consider to be four most significant risk areas
1. Confined spaces: More than one client is within the premise doing different things.
2.Parking yard where there are moving equipment and machiner is a risk area.
3.Fire place for Fire and gas safety is one area of risk as its not even indicated
4.Rooftop area,Harmful substances are smoked by individuals.
