This Non-Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this …………. by

Collectively referred to as the "Parties".
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Employee sustained an injury on ………………. as a result of an incident
occurring during work hours at the workplace.
WHEREAS, the Employee acknowledges and confirms that the Employee did not directly
cause, or contribute to, the incident in question, nor was the Employee negligent in any way
regarding the incident;
WHEREAS, the Employee wishes to release and discharge the Employer from any and all
liability, claims, or actions arising from the injury sustained in the aforementioned incident;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the Parties
agree as follows:

contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Payment of Medical Expenses:
The Employer agrees to settle all reasonable and necessary medical expenses incurred by
the Employee for the treatment of injuries sustained during the incident, upon submission of
valid medical invoices and receipts.
2. Release of Liability:
Upon full payment of the medical expenses by the Employer, the Employee agrees to
release, discharge, and hold harmless the Employer from any and all claims, liabilities, or
demands, whether past, present, or future, arising out of or related to the injuries sustained
in the incident.
3. No Further Claims:
The Employee acknowledges and agrees that this settlement of medical expenses
constitutes a full and final resolution of any claims relating to the incident, and the Employee
shall not pursue any further legal or financial claims against the Employer with respect to
the said injuries.
4. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
5. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or
representations, whether written or oral.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date
