Subject: Application for Hiring Electric Poles for BSNL OFC Aerial Work in the route
Khuman Lampak to Koirengei for one year
Dear Sir,
I am witing to you on behalf of BSNL to formally request the hiring of electric poles located
in the Route mentioned in the subject for the pu(pose of laying Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)
aerially.
We have identified a total of 11 electric poles along this route that are essential for our project.
As per the guidelines provided by MSPCL, we are prepared to pay the necessary charges for
the hiring of these poles for one year.

The same poles will be utilized for Khuman Lampak- Pangei OFC Route also that is we will
lay 2 nos of OFC cable along that 1lpoles. Therefore, request you to discuss and frame the
estimate accordingly.
We request you to kindly provide us with the detailed procedure and associated charges for
hiring the poles. We assure you that all work will be carried out in compliance with the
standards and safety measures prescribed by MSPCL.
