Additional Guidelines
1. Page Style should include, chapter number and section name on each page.
2. Footer: Page No. (Center Aligned) (Numbering of pages would start from chapter-1 ,
i.e…. 1,2, 3 ) But for first 7 points such as Company Certificate, Abstract,
Acknowledgements, Table of Contents Definitions, Acronyms and Abbreviations, List
of Figures, List of Tables (with Page No. in Romans i.e. i, ii, iii, iv )
3. Student should bring One Spiral binded project report for internal presentations and
Students have to incorporate all the suggestions by the Teacher panel to Final Copy
(One Hard Binded - Black Covering for submission and one Hard Binded for student)
to be presented to the external examiner.
4. Each report should carry one CD containing documentation of the report and source
code of the project with developer documentation.
5. Chapter heading font size 16 and Content heading font size 14. Text font size 12.
6. Font: Times New Roman
7. Spacing between lines is 1.5 and alignment is “Justified” style.
8. Left margin=2 cm, Top margin=Right margin=Bottom margin= 1 cm
9. Paper size=A4
10. Sub-sections which are not applicable for a specific project may be omitted.
