Global Analytics and Reporting Intern (Human Capital)

The Human Capital Global Analytics and Reporting (GAR) team contributes to impactful decisions that
shape the talent strategy of the organization. We work closely with Human Capital teams to provide
technical and analytical solutions for enhancing business efficiency and decision making, along with
generating data insights pertaining to recruitment and headcount planning for executive members. As a
GAR Intern, you will have hands-on exposure to the latest technologies in data analytics and
visualization, collaborating on both technical solution development and business analysis.

Your day-to-day work would involve:

• Designing and developing technical solutions for data analytics and reporting, working
extensively with Python for data analysis and tool development, alongside other advanced
analytics technologies

• Utilizing Python, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions to deliver impactful reporting
solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Applying critical thinking to solve real-world business challenges, ranging from data aggregation
to more complex data analytics and transformations

• Gathering and analysing data and preparing and disseminating reports/presentations that
provide insight and identify trends in addition to daily reporting for the broader team

• Interpreting results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more
complex data analytics

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and extracting analytical insights from data

• Familiarity with Python for exploratory data analysis and data transformations

• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools

• Experience with Microsoft Excel utilizing its full range of functions

• A dedicated customer service mentality, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a knack


for analytical problem solving, and an ability to see how small details impact the big picture

• The ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce across various organizational levels and
to collaborate productively in team settings, driving projects to completion with attention to
detail and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information
