• Java Cloud Engineer (1 day per week at the office)

• Java + AWS + RestServices (1 day per week at the office)
• Java + AWS + Docker (1 day per month - Java21; AWS environmnet; microservices; Docker)
• Java Legacy (1 day per week at the office - No AWS or Cloud Knowledge required, but
desired. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with this old version of Java)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring framework.
• Work with serverless architectures (AWS Lambdas) to design and optimize scalable, efficient
solutions.
• Implement event-driven architectures, creating software capable of publishing and
consuming events effectively.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CDK for cloud resource provisioning.
• Ensure the maintenance, deployment, and evolution of Cloud Native applications in AWS
environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous integration and the delivery
of high-quality solutions.
• Manage and configure key AWS services, such as Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, SNS,
SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3.
Requirements:
• Solid experience with Java and the Spring framework.
• Knowledge of cloud application development, particularly with AWS.
• Experience with serverless architectures and containers, especially using AWS Lambda.
• Experience implementing event-driven architectures, publishing and consuming events
efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Ability to maintain, deploy, and develop Cloud Native applications.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services including Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, SNS, SQS,
EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3.
Nice to Have (but not mandatory):
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
