This document is a notice of motion for a parental declaration application concerning Namulwana Angel, a 16-year-old child, filed by Kyekulidde Yuda Tadeo in the High Court of Uganda. The applicant seeks leave to apply for this declaration after three years and requests that costs be provided for. The grounds for the application include the applicant's lack of awareness regarding the importance of a parentage declaration and the argument that it is just and equitable to grant the request.
