I am writing to apply for a tourist visa for myself, Miss Divya Shahi , and my mother, Mrs.
Mundra Devi Shahi, to travel to the Netherlands from September 15 to September 25,
2025. Our primary purpose of visit is to explore the beauty of the Netherlands and create
unforgettable memories together. We are eager to explore the cultural heritage and picturesque
landscapes that the Netherlands is renowned for.
Our travel itinerary includes a visit to Amsterdam as our primary destination. We have
meticulously planned our trip to ensure we make the most of our time in the country, immersing
ourselves in the Dutch way of life and experiencing the local traditions and attractions.
I am Miss Divya Shahi currently employed as an HR Manager at Kalapas Biotech Pvt Ltd,
located in Dhulikhel, Nepal. I have been with the company for 1.6 years. Kalapas Biotech Pvt
Ltd specializes in providing a variety of services in the agriculture sector, including research and
development, plant tissue culture, and offering high-quality plants and saplings. I am sponsoring trip
for my mother, Mrs. Mundra Devi Shahi. I have sufficient funds in my account to cover all expenses.
My mother, Mrs. Mundra Devi Shahi, is a dedicated homemaker who has always put the
needs of our family above everything else. It has been my long-cherished dream to take
her on a trip to Europe, particularly to the Schengen region, and experience the rich culture
and picturesque landscapes that the Netherlands has to offer. This will be her first-ever trip to
Europe, and I am committed to ensuring that she has a delightful and hassle-free experience
during our visit.
I will be traveling with a total of two individuals, as follows:

During my visit to the Netherlands, I am looking forward to experiencing the vibrant city
life in Amsterdam, including iconic landmarks such as Amsterdam Centraal, the Royal
Palace Amsterdam, and the famous Amsterdam canal cruises. I also plan to immerse myself in
the charming atmosphere of The Jordaan, explore the renowned Rijksmuseum, and relax in the
picturesque Vondelpark.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that after my stay in Amsterdam, I intend to travel to
Paris, France, to continue my journey. In Paris, I plan to visit iconic landmarks such as the
Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, charming parks, and various other cultural attractions
that the city has to offer.
Our upcoming trip to the Netherlands is a testament to our passion for exploring new
destinations and immersing ourselves in diverse cultures. As frequent travelers, I
understand the importance of complying with the rules and regulations of each country
we visit. We have always adhered to visa requirements, obeyed local laws, and upheld the
values of responsible tourism.
I have visited several countries including South Korea, China, France, Switzerland,
Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands in April 2025. My past travels have enriched our lives
