Before we build the perfect SaaS Ad, we need to


understand our ideal customer.

When choosing an ideal customer, be super specific. Is


your customer a marketing director? Is it an agency owner?
Founder? A freelancer? (It can’t be multiple people.)

Pro Tip: If you serve multiple people and you’re having


trouble choosing which one should be your ideal avatar -
choose the one that brings you the most business.

Now it’s time to map out the hot buttons of your ideal
customer using the framework “the four forces”.

Start with a question that gets your
ideal customers to raise their hand
and say “Yes!” The more specific the
question to your customers, the better.
