Phase-IV, Boranada Jodhpur, is a Class 1 Supplier in accordance with the provisions laid out
under the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) guidelines.

The company hereby declares that the goods/services offered in the above-mentioned tender
comply with the eligibility criteria of a Class 1 Supplier, which requires that:

1. The product/service has a local content of more than 50%.


2. The company undertakes to ensure that the required local content percentage is
maintained for the duration of the contract.
3. The company abides by all terms and conditions set forth by GeM and the
