April 22, 2024. The following sanctions shall be imposed:
FIRST ATTEMPT
VERBAL WARNING: This is a conversation or a formal notice to the individual informing them that their behavior
or performance is not meeting expectations.
This can be considered as warning which is to be done and monitored by the Security Guard or Criminology
student on duty.
They will be permitted to enter the campus but must sign their name and department to sanction logbook.
Note: Subject to first degree sanction.
SECOND ATTEMPT
WRITTEN WARNING OR NOTICE: If the issue persists after the initial warning, a written warning may be issued
to the Department Head, outlining the specific areas of concern and setting clear expectations for improvement. In this
case, the individual will be subject to monitoring.
The student who violated the Dress Code will receive a notice from the Student Government Officials and
must write a letter of apology addressed to his/her department Dean.
On the second time, the student will be permitted to enter the campus but must sign their name and
department to sanction logbook.
Note: Subject to second degree sanction.
THIRD ATTEMPT
1-WEEK COMMUNITY SERVICE: If the issue persists after the verbal and written warnings or notice, the
individual/student will be assigned specific cleaning duties related to school beautification or cleanliness.
This sanction aims to instill a sense of responsibility and accountability for maintaining a clean environment
within the school premises.
On the third time, the student will be permitted to enter the campus but must sign their name and department
to sanction logbook.
Note: Subject to third degree sanction.
LAST ATTEMPT
