1st Floor, Jeyam Complex, Tirvandrum Road, Kulavanigarpuram, Palayamkottai,
Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu- 627002, Hereinafter called PNBHFL (which expression shall
unless the context otherwise requires include its successors and assigns) of the OTHER
PART
We the executants hereby acknowledge having already deposited with PNBHFL the
title deeds given under Schedule –A relating to our property more fully described in
the Schedule – B (hereinafter to as property ) within the office of the The Sub
Registrar Office, Kallidaikurichi, SRO , with intent to give and create an equitable
mortgage by the title deeds of the property for the due repayment of all advances and
loan granted by the PNBHFL to me for a sum of Rs.9,44,086/-(Rupees Nine Lakh
Fourty Four Thousand Eighty Six Only) (Loan) together with interest, cost and other
expenses payable by us to PNBHFL.
It is hereby convenant that the said property is not subject to any mortgage, lien, charge
or any other kind of encumbrance whatsoever and that we are the absolute owner of the
same and am/are well and truly seized of the property.
