About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in building
responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS and scalable backend services with NodeJS.
The role involves end-to-end development, from UI to deployment on AWS or GCP, while
adhering to best practices in code quality, performance, and security. A strong grasp of
modern frameworks, API design, cloud deployment, and agile methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to deliver
robust software solutions
• Develop responsive, cross-browser front-end interfaces using ReactJS
• Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS
• Participate in Agile processes: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide
technical guidance
• Optimize application performance and address technical debt or bottlenecks
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data handling
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using AWS and GCP.
• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM roles, VPC configurations,
and OAuth
• Stay current with evolving technologies and development practices
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in ReactJS and
NodeJS
• Familiarity with NodeJS frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) and design patterns (e.g.,
Microservices, MVC)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end build tools (Webpack,
Babel, etc.)

• Experience with Redux or similar front-end state management libraries.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and writing complex stored
procedures
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices
• Good understanding of OWASP security standards and secure coding practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
What to Expect:
• Report to the development team lead
• Collaborate within an agile team to build and test applications
• Design, develop, and unit test software as per defined standards
• Assist in analyzing and resolving technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment packages
• Develop and optimize application integrations
• Support in gathering and documenting technical requirements
Good to Have:
• Basic understanding of SQL tuning and backend fundamentals
• Exposure to backend architecture design and microservices principles
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic Hands-on experience with Mobile development using React Native.
