of over 500 participants from Notre Dame College. The event will also host a prize giving
ceremony later where some esteemed personalities from the national arena will be invited as
speakers and guests.

7. Survey Authorization: Your organization will be allowed to perform surveys and collect
the contact information of the attendees with their permission.

Your organization is to provide Tk 10,000 to support the successful execution of our

event. This amount will be utilized towards essential expenses for the event.

 Terms of Agreement

1. The authority will provide the logo in sponsored materials only when it is printed by the
authority.
2. The organization can utilize all digital publishing elements of the organization for the
promotion of the partnership.
3. A representative from the organization will be invited as a guest to the program’s Prize
Giving Ceremony.
4. The organization will be honoured with a complimentary crest.
5. The authority will provide the organization with photos taken at the event.
6. Any individual representing the organization will be provided with food and refreshments
during lunch and breakfast times.
7. The authority will NOT be held responsible for any damages to equipment or any
missing items of the organization and any of its representatives.
8. Additional conditions may be included based on mutual agreement.

 About Notre Dame Math Club
The Notre Dame Math Club (NDMC), based in Notre Dame College, Dhaka, is a
prominent co-curricular club that aims to foster a love for mathematics among students.
Founded on Pi-Day, 14th March 2017, by Md. Rezaul Karim, a Mathematics lecturer at the
college, the club has grown to become one of the leading college-level mathematics clubs in
Bangladesh.

With a membership of around 1200 current members and 4000 alumni, NDMC is a vibrant
community of math enthusiasts. The club organizes regular workshops and seminars to
explore the depths of mathematics. It also invites guest speakers, including mathematicians,
lecturers, and experts in the field, to share their knowledge and wisdom with the members.

NDMC holds regular intra and inter-math Olympiads to engage students in problem-solving
activities. It boasts three Olympiad teams (Team Pi, Team E, Team Phi) and a Rubik’s
cube (Team Pentagram) team that participate in competitions at local, national, and
international levels.
One of the unique aspects of NDMC is its emphasis on developing students’ writing habits.
It publishes three annual and quarterly publications: The Function, The Plane, and The
Number. These publications consist of articles, riddles, and theorems written by teachers
and students, providing a platform for members to share their knowledge on math-related
topics.

Every year, NDMC members compete in various competitions such as IMO, IGO, APMO,
CERN Competitions, regional & national level Olympiads, challenges, and hackathons.
Their commendable performance has brought an unrivalled reputation to the institution.
NDMC has earned profound respect in the international arena through the commendable
performance of its fellows in prestigious institutions like MIT, HKUST, KAIST, BUET,
KUET, SUST, BUTEX, DMC, DU and so on.

Through experienced and eloquent moderators, NDMC aims to be at the forefront of

promoting mathematics in every sphere of life. With its motto “Mighty Math To Feel
Almighty & His Creation”, NDMC continues to inspire students to explore the fascinating
world of mathematics.
