What is cyberbullying? Use of technology to bully. Which technology can be used? E.g. mobile phones, online games etc. Ho w can
people bully using these technologies? Verbal, threats etc. Typing a threat is the same as saying it to someone’s face. Age of 10 is
the legal age of prosecution. Can be a criminal offence.

What should you do if you are being or know of someone who is being cyberbullied? Tell a trusted adult. Create a charter of what to
do if someone (including themselves) is being cyberbullied.
Create an information leaflet / poster to spread the message of how to beat cyberbullying.
