Job Description
Position Overview
As the chief of staff in the competency org, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic
initiatives, optimizing operational excellence, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
Working directly with the CTO and other technology leaders, you will influence and execute on
key priorities, align technology roadmaps with business objectives, and ensure seamless
program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Partner with the CTO and leadership team to define, implement, and monitor the
technology roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of long-term strategies and operational plans.
2. Program and Project Management
• Lead high-priority programs and special projects, aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration, efficient execution, and resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and financial implications to stakeholders.
3. Business Metric Management
• Collaborate with finance to budget and monitor revenues and costs.
• Forecast revenue/order book/pipeline and track performance against targets.
4. Operational Efficiency
• Identify inefficiencies in business operations and propose process improvements.
• Optimize processes to align with strategic goals and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of operational changes and drive continuous improvement.
5. Executive Support and Decision-Making
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, providing data-driven insights and
recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for decision-making.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
• Foster collaboration across teams to align on GTMs and initiatives.
• Ensure consistent communication of strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
• Organize internal communication platforms to maintain transparency and alignment.
7. Stakeholder and Crisis Management
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the
point of contact for the CTO.
• Anticipate potential crises and develop mitigation strategies, coordinating responses
during issues.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional
collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue and cost management.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and aligning technology
strategies with business goals.
• Experience managing high-priority projects in a fast-paced, global organization.
Preferred Experience
• 5+ years of prior experience in a Chief of Staff or Program Manager role.
• Familiarity with IT modernization, cloud services, and digital transformation domains.
• Background in managing technology initiatives in a global organization.
