How a simple movie change me

So it all started on Sunday 27th July 2025 my siblings told me to come to their room
and asked me a question I am proud of myself I
never said no to, “Do you want to watch the new
fantastic four movie”. At first, I remembered Chris
Evans as human torch and him in the Deadpool &
Wolverine movie. I was pretty much excited. I did
not know how much it would change my mindset
and all.

Tuesday 29th July 2025, I went to the cinema with

my brother and sister not knowing anything about
the movie. I watched the trailer from those tiny
screens in the place but not that much. Now in the
cinema, eating popcorn, drinking a large soda can
and watching random movie trailers and then I
saw the blue 4.

The movie was [Link], my favourite

villain of all time because of how terrifying and
unstoppable he was in the movie. Those actors
were so perfect for their roles. I have to say that
Joseph Quinn was suitable for Johnny, the human
torch due to his personality, his looks. Fun fact by
the way, Vanessa was pregnant while filming this
movie which was so cool because she was also pregnant in the movie and gave birth
to the most powerful creature in the MCU universe.

Sue Storm had the most strength and power in the movie that led to the defeat of the
Galactus. However, it was not just her who did all the work. Let me just explain how
everyone’s skills led to the defeat of Galactus. [Link]’s plans and ideas like the
teleportation idea led to the defeat, Johnny learned the language of the silver girl
that led to have a temporary peace on earth and form a plan, The Thing being strong
led to plenty of saves, like him riding the spaceship when everyone was conscious to
come back to Earth and Sue Storm’s mindset to protect the baby and her power led
to pull Galactus to the teleportation place.
I am a huge sci-fi and action person and read books like Good Girl’s Guide to Murder
and when I watched this movie, I was mind blown. The maths Mr Fantastic was doing
, the science, the teleportation, the dribbling he was doing on the white board with a
small chalk comforted me for some reason and I don't know I just found it cool.

The problem now is that I watch so many interviews with these actors that it's
basically a really big obsession. I do coding and maths while listening to these
podcasts and it makes me really happy. The last time this happened to me was in the
X-men movies or I think in the year 2022 when I watched Spiderman: No way home.
Thank you Stan Lee for making such bangers.

My favourite out of the four heroes is for some reason, Johnny. His looks, the way he
cares about his companions, the funny jokes he makes and I just like Human Torch.
Mr Fantastic is also cool like what I mentioned above, the genius he is. He sort of
reminded me of Tony Stark for some reason and it makes me happy, the old marvel
is coming back.

Really out of the blue here though, this year (grade 8) was not that good and I had a
lot of downfalls, but I got to say something, this summer holiday has healed me a
little bit and I have learned a lot of lessons this year. When I watched the Fantastic
Four movie, a part of my brain lit up and I don't know what or why but it gave me
motivation to keep on going. I told myself 2025 was my year in December and it
might as well be because of how many life lessons it has taught me now.

Thank you Joseph Quinn
