HOI CBE MODULE

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

This guide provides a step-by-step walk-through for Heads of Institutions (HOIs) to


access and update the Curriculum-Based Establishment (CBE) in order to support
the new Transfer Module.

Process Overview
1. Login to the HOI portal.
2. Access the CBE Module.
3. Complete and submit the required details:
• View all teachers on duty.
• Manage subject enrollment.
• Update institution classes.
• Capture SNE enrollment (if applicable).

Enter your TSC Number and password. Use the same login credentials you use for
the Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities system ([Link]
also known as the Teachers Online Services (TOS).

Once you log in, you will see a dashboard displaying a summary of your school.

On the side menu, click on Teachers on Duty. At the top, you will see your school
details, followed by a list of teachers in the school. If a teacher is missing from the
list, you can use the Add Missing Teacher button. Alternatively, under Actions, you
may mark a teacher as Not in My School.

Next, click on Subject Enrollment. You will see a list of available subjects based on
each teacher’s subject combination. If a subject is missing, click on the Add Subject
button to include it. The system will then automatically calculate the HOI load,
Deputy load, HOD load and the overall totals.

Next, click on Institution Classes (Instructional Classes). Here, you will see a list of
classes based on the type of institution, such as Junior School or Senior School. If any
loads are incorrectly generated, you can edit and update them accordingly.

If the school has SNE, you will be required to complete the learner enrollment details
for each then click on save Button.
