The diagram illustrates a breakdown of how bricks are manufactured for
construction.
As shown in the picture, there are seven phrases in the process, commencing with
digging the clay and culminating with delivering, with the use of supporting
equipment including a digger, a mould and a kiln.
The process starts when the clay is dug from the ground and then it is put through
the metal grid to get the fine clay with the use of a roller. Thereafter, sand and
water is added to the clay in order to form a mixture, after which it is placed in
either wire cutter or mould to shape into bricks. After that, it is sent to the drying
oven in 1 to 2 days to remove the moisture. Next, it is put in a kiln with moderate
temperature at 200 degrees to 980 degrees before being moved to another kiln
with high temperature at 870 degrees to 1300 degrees. The process continues
when the bricks are placed in the cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days. Finally, it is
packaged and delivered to the customers. good

The given diagram illustrates the recycling of wasted glass bottles.
As shown in the picture, there are 3 stages in the process, commencing with
collecting wasted glass bottles and culminating with delivering to the
supermarkets, with the use of supporting equipment including furnace and glass
mould.
The process starts when the bottles are collected and moved to the collection point
before being transferred by a truck. During the second stage, bottles are sanitized
under high-pressure water and then sorted into three colors consisting of clear,
green and brown. Thereafter, they are sent to the glass factory, after which it is
grinded into pieces. The process continues when glass pieces are heated in the
furnace at 600 to 800 degrees and then classified to recycled liquid glass and new
liquid glass. Next, it is placed in a glass mould before being bottled. Finally, bottles
are delivered to the supermarket for sale.
