Stepin Solutions has done great work in India, helping clients with backend support for

marketing, SaaS platforms, and digital tools. Their services like email automation, software

testing, 24/7 support, and custom app development are all very valued and have great potential to

grow. A strategic decision to grow its presence in the United States could be very beneficial to

the company.

To do that, I will lead a research project to better understand what U.S. businesses want and

need. The main goal is to find out what kinds of companies need our help, what problems they

are facing, and how we can become a trusted partner for them.

I will use two types of research. First, I will talk directly with people working in marketing, tech,

and startup companies in the U.S. I’ll ask them what services they outsource, what problems they

have with current providers, and what they look for when hiring a company like ours.

Second, I will study the U.S. market using online sources. I will look at what our competitors are

doing, how they talk about their services, what prices they charge, and how they build trust with

U.S. clients, paired with a lot of other comparative information.

After collecting all this information, I will put together a report. It will include an executive

summary, an overview of the U.S. market, customer feedback, a look at our competitors, and
clear steps we can take to grow in the U.S. The report will help Stepin Solutions improve how

we market our services and reach new clients.

The purpose of this research is to gather facts, and to give us a strong direction for how to

succeed in the U.S. market and build long-term relationships with clients there.

This is a huge opportunity and with the right information available Step-in can easily corner its

position and become a trusted brand in the U.S. market.
