Dope Beef Soup

Time: 4 to 5 hours
Serves: 4
Ingredients
●​ A couple pounds of beef
●​ 1½ cups water
●​ Onion soup packet
●​ Glass of red wine or beer (beef stock if non-alcoholic)
●​ Half an onion
●​ Whatever vegetables you have, ex.
○​ Potatoes
○​ Carrots
○​ Parsnips
○​ Thyme
○​ Pickled walnuts
○​ thyme
1.​ Take a couple pounds of beef and cube it. Then put the cubed beef in a
crock pot.
2.​ Add 1½ cups water
3.​ Add an onion soup packet
4.​ And a glass of wine/beer. If you want a non-alcoholic version add beef
stock
5.​ Add half an onion cubed and season with pepper, salt, chipotle pepper,
garlic, cinnamon, and cloves to taste.
6.​ Mix and put the crockpot on high for 3 hours.

7.​ After 3 hours add veggies, whatever you have. Mushrooms, fresh
thyme and pickled walnuts are good as well.
8.​ Leave the crockpot for 1 hour
9.​ When finished will feed a family for a night or a single for a week.
Stew can be frozen and thawed in the microwave later.

Homophobic Mom’s Meatloaf

Time: 2 ½ hours
Ingredients
●​ 4-6 lbs Hamburger/Turkey burger
●​ 1 pk onion soup mix or ranch mix
●​ 1Tbs ketchup
●​ 1Tbs spicy brown mustard
●​ 1Tbs bbq sauce
●​ 1Tbs steak sauce
●​ 1 egg
Mix the ingredients and shape into a loaf in a big pan and bake at 350
for 2 to 2hrs and 30 mins.

Homophobic Mom’s Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
●​ 2 lbs red potatoes
●​ 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
●​ 1 cup cream cheese
●​ Chives (Optional)
●​ Salt and pepper to taste

1.​ (Optional step) Peel the potatoes
2.​ Put the potatoes in a big pot of water
3.​ Boil until potatoes are soft
4.​ Drain
5.​ Mash until it is the consistency you like

Ramen Noodle Peanut Butter Pasta

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
●​ Ramen (any flavor)
●​ Peanut Butter
●​ Soy Sauce
●​ Water

1.​ Put your ramen in the microwave to cook for 4 minutes. Make sure
it is completely covered in water
2.​ On the stovetop, combine ,on medium heat, 2 tablespoons of
water with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of
soy sauce. (you can change the measurements to taste just make
sure they all combine)
3.​ Mix the sauce until it is all combined. If it is too thick, add more
water. If it is too thin, add more peanut butter
4.​ Once the ramen is done take it out and put it in a bowl Pour the
Peanut Butter sauce on top and mix it together.

Really Good Tomato Soup

Ingredients
●​ 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
●​ ½ tomato can half and half
●​ ½ tomato can milk
●​ 2 spoons of sour cream
●​ 1 slice/ 2 spoons of provolone
●​ Pepper
●​ Garlic powder
●​ Onion powder
1.​ Mix all ingredients in a pan on medium low heat
2.​ Chop up ½ a tomato and ¼ onion
3.​ Stir fry the tomato and onion with salt on high then medium
4.​ Put the stir fried onion and tomato into the soup

Potato Cheese Patty


Makes 4 patties
Ingredients
●​ Potatoes
●​ Cheese
●​ ⅔ cup flour
1.​ Peel two potatoes
2.​ Chop them into cubes and boil until soft
3.​ Mash the potatoes
4.​ Add ⅔ cup flour
5.​ Nead potatoes until it feel like dough
6.​ Flatten dough and add cheese in the middle and close the dough
around the cheese.
7.​ Fry until golden brown

Instant Mug of Mac and Cheese
Serves: 1
Time: 4-5 minutes
Ingredients
●​ ⅓ cup pasta
●​ ½ cup water
●​ ¼ cup milk
●​ ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1.​ Combine pasta and water in large mug or bowl
2.​ Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir
3.​ Repeat step 2 until pasta is cooked (one or two more times)
4.​ Remove pasta from microwave and stir in milk and cheese

Remy’s Ratatouille Soup


Ingredients
●​ ¼ cup butter
●​ ½ cup olive oil
●​ 3 garlic cloves
●​ 1 chopped onion
●​ Any herbs you want
●​ 4 cups of mushrooms
●​ White wine (or white grape juice plus vinegar)
●​ 3-4 cups veggie stock
●​ 2⅛ cups chopped peeled potatoes
●​ 13½ tbsp double cream
1.​ Mix butter, olive oil, cloves, onion, and herbs together in a pot
until simmering
2.​ Add mushrooms, white wine, veggie stock, potatoes, and double
cream

3.​ Let sit for twenty minutes on heat
4.​ Tastes good with garlic bread
Cajan Gumbo
Ingredients:
●​ ¾ lbs. Chicken
●​ Water
●​ 1 T Salt
●​ 1 T Pepper
●​ 2 tsp Onion Powder
●​ 2 tsp Garlic Powder
●​ 2 packs Gumbo Seasoning
●​ 1 T Olive Oil
●​ 3 packs Andouille Sausage
●​ 1 T Garlic
●​ 1 large onion
●​ 1 large green bell pepper
●​ Rice
1.​ Add chicken salt pepper onion powder garlic powder to large pot
and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook until done (around
30-35 min). Remove chicken and set aside. Once cooled debone
chicken
2.​ Slice sausage into rounds, dice onion and bell pepper. Get a large
pan and add oil. Saute garlic onion bell pepper and sausage for
about 15 min on medium heat.
3.​ Get gumbo seasoning ready. Instructions on back (basically mix
with cold water until combined)
4.​ Bring chicken broth back to a boil and add the seasoning mix.
Once it thickens add the chicken and sausage mix. Let simmer for
about 30 min.

Hot Chocolate

Serves: 1
Time: 4 minutes
Ingredients
●​ Unsweetened cocoa powder
●​ Sugar
●​ Vanilla extract
●​ Milk
1.​ Pour milk into a cup and heat it up in a microwave
2.​ Once it is finished, add one spoonful of unsweetened cocoa
powder and one and a half spoonfuls of sugar. This ratio is
flexible if you want you Hot Chocolate more or less sweet
3.​ Mix
4.​ Add vanilla extract; measure with your heart
5.​ You can add cinnamon and allspice. I usually do a dash of each.

Chocolate peanut butter Protein Smoothie
●​ 1 cup Milk
●​ ½ cup Plain greek yogurt
●​ 1 Banana
●​ 1 T Coconut oil melted
●​ 1 TChia seeds
●​ 1 T Ground flax seeds
●​ 2 T Cocoa powder
●​ Peanut butter measure from the heart
●​ 1 tsp Vanilla extract
●​ 1 T sugar can also use honey
1.​ Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy
