below and your successful completion of the required training program. Upon

Annexure A: Terms and Conditions
You shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of service
during your internship with NullClass, and those may be amended from
time to time:-
1. Start Date: Your internship will begin after the completion of our training
program. Understanding the need for flexibility, we are prepared to
accommodate a start date that suits your schedule following acceptance of
this offer.
2. Training Fees:The training program fee is mandatory, payable before the
start of training. This fee covers live sessions, recorded videos, mentor
support, project resources, and access to the daily reporting portal.
3. Refund Policy: The training fee is non-refundable once the training begins.
4. Stipend and Certifications: You will be eligible for a fixed stipend of
₹3,000 upon successful completion of the internship performance criteria.
The stipend is a one-time payment and will be disbursed within 30 days after
internship completion and final evaluation.
Eligibility requires:
Timely completion of assigned projects.
Minimum 90% daily report submission via the portal.
Compliance with professional, ethical, and originality standards.
Successful completion will also result in the awarding of certificates, a
recommendation letter, and an experience letter.
5. Remote Work and Flexibility: Engage in real-time projects for a minimum
of 3 hours daily, five days a week, with the option to work remotely. The
internship period can vary from 1 to 6 months, including regular mentor
catch-ups to guide your progress.
6. Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with team
members, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Integrity and Originality: Originality in your work is paramount. Any form
of plagiarism or unauthorized copying will lead to immediate internship
termination.
8. Data Privacy and Security: Adherence to our data privacy and security
policies is essential. Any violation will face strict consequences.
9. Creativity and Initiative: Your innovative ideas and proactive efforts are
encouraged and will be recognized.
10. Ethical Standards and Enjoyment: Adhering to ethical standards while
finding joy in your work is vital. Daily reporting of your activities is required
and will be used as a key component of your evaluation. Document your

facilitate your professional development.
11. Training Resources: Access comprehensive mentor support and resources,
including live sessions, videos, and training materials, for a successful
training period.
12. Feedback Culture: Engage in a culture of ongoing feedback with your
mentor and peers to support mutual growth and improvement.
13. Termination Policy: The internship can be terminated by either party with
a 10-day notice.
