3 Hardware & Hinges - All German Brands Soft Close Channels/Hinges/Locks/Sliding for Furniture are already considered and mentioned in a quote.
4 Additional Accessories will be charged extra (Eg.Curtains,Lamps,Wardrobe Accessorries,Chandelier,Artefacts,Decor,Fans,Fancy Lights or anything which is not in quote)
5 Floor protection,Packing & Masking ,Delivery & Installation,Carting away debris and Deep cleaning charges included.
6 Kindly note the Chandelier/ Decor/Artefacts & Wall hanging lamps shown in 3d is choiceable item so kindly dont consider the same in this quotation.
7 Cost of any extra accessories/Item which is not in a scope of work and quote will be charged extra as per discussion form point no.4.

12 All Hardware's part will have flat 3 years warranty against any manufacturing defect (Accidental Damage cannot be covered)

4 10% OF TOTAL PAYMENT - 1 WEEK BEFORE DELIVERY.
