NON-OBJECTION CERTIFICATE
I confirm that Studylead Consultants (referred to as 'Studylead') has assisted me with all the services required for
my overseas admission. and aided me in the visa application process solely based on the terms outlined below:
1. I bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided during the visa application process or on any
associated forms.
2. I comprehend that Studylead has not provided a guarantee for admissions or visa approvals, as these determinations
rest with the respective authorities.
3. I have personally confirmed the authenticity and legitimacy of the overseas educational institution I have selected
and finalized.
4. I have ensured that all my paid tuition fees have been directly remitted to the foreign university, and I am fully
informed about their refund policy, potential deductions, and the time required for any associated processes.
5. Studylead bears no responsibility for visa denials or any future modifications to the admission or visa procedures, nor
for changes in the status of the educational institution.
6. I am personally responsible for monitoring currency exchange rates daily after submitting the online visa application.
Before applying for the visa, it's important to maintain the required financial amount consistently for 28 consecutive
days. During this 28-day period, the funds should not drop below the specified amount even for a single day, as this
could lead to non-compliance with Home Office regulations and result in the rejection of the application. The 28-day
period is calculated by counting back from the closing balance date to the most recent balance date provided as
financial evidence.
7. If my visa is rejected or if there's a loss due to forged documents or false information provided by me, I acknowledge
that assistance from Studylead and tuition fee refunds will not be available.
8. All application/registration fees or expenses paid for admission or visa processing are non-refundable. Irrespective of the
outcome (whether the visa is accepted or rejected)
9. Studylead will provide support in the tuition refund process, however, I will personally handle the refund claim from the
institute and the transfer of the refunded amount to my designated account. Studylead will not mediate in financial
matters between me and the institute where the fee was paid.
10. Upon achieving successful admission and visa approval, Studylead's obligation to provide services or take further actions
for the client come to an end.
11. I hereby grant authorization to Studylead to retain my documents as necessary for visa processing.
12. I also confirm that Studylead is empowered to act as my representative for all matters pertaining to my admission(s) and
to engage with the University(ies), Embassy, Consulate, and High Commission on my behalf. I grant permission for the
disclosure of all information pertinent to my application.
