CIVIL PROCEDURE (SUPERIOR COURTS)
Module Objectives
This module seeks to introduce the law relating to civil procedure in the
superior courts in Zimbabwe. The superior courts refer to the High Court
of Zimbabwe, Supreme Court of Zimbabwe and Constitutional Court of
Zimbabwe. This module is a departure from civil procedure lower courts.
The module aims to equip the students with the procedural law which is
applicable in civil litigation in the superior courts of Zimbabwe. At the end
of this course students shall know the constitutive acts and regulations of
the superior courts. Students shall also know the leading cases in respect
of the procedural issues in the superior courts.
