Identification Documents
A minimum of 100 points of identification must be provided when completing the online application form.

You will need access to a scanner or a mobile device with a camera to upload your ID documents.

Note:
Documents in a language other than English must be accompanied by an official translation. Documents do
not need to be certified unless a translation is being provided or you are supplying a power of attorney.
