WEEKLY REPORT
WEEK – 10
Objective of the Activity Done:
We focused on particular aspects about on JavaScript Map, Set and Arrow
Functions.
Detailed Report:
JavaScript Math object is used to perform mathematical operations on
numbers. All the properties of Math are static and unlike other objects, it does not
have a constructor. We use Math only on Number data type and not on BigInt.
A Map is a data structure that stores key-value pairs, where each key is unique. It
is similar to an object but has some advantages:
Inserts keys in the order they were added.
Allows keys of any type, not just strings and symbols.
Provides better performance when dealing with large datasets.
Creating a Map
Map() constructor allows two ways to create a Map in JavaScript.
Passing an Array to new Map().
Create a Map and use Map.set().
The handling of this is also different in arrow functions compared to regular
functions.
In short, with arrow functions there are no binding of this.
In regular functions the keyword represented the object that called the function,
which could be the window, the document, a button or whatever.
With arrow functions the keyword always represents the object that defined the
arrow function.

SQL: Sql is a computer language. it is used to store or manage and retrieve the
data from RDBMS.
It allows user to access the data, allows to user to set permission on tables and
views.
SQL COMMANDS:
SQL commands can be used to search the data base and to do other

tables.
List of the sub languages in SQL:
DDL (Data Definition Language)
DML (Data Manipulation Language)
TCL (Transaction Control Language)
DCL (Data Control Language)
CONSTRAINTS:
SQL constrains are used to specify rules for the data in a table.Constraints are used
to limit the type of data that can go into a table. This ensures the accuracy and
reliability of the data in the table.
