WARRANTY TERMS CONDITIONS


* The warranty for the purchased product starts from the date of invoice as per the Company manufactures warranty terms conditions.
* During the period of warranty if there is any service issue, the customer shall directly approach the respective authorized service center only.
* If the customer services the Purchased device/product in a non-authorized service center during the warranty period. Then the warranty of the Purchased device/product will be cancelled.
* Warranty will not be applicable for the following cases: Physical Damage,Liquid Damage, Water logged, any Hardware damage due to over charging or high voltage for both mobile Accessories.
* For the accessories like Battery, Head Phone, data cable Charger which comes along the original kit has only 6 months warranty as per the manufactures Norms.
* Battery will not be covered under warranty if it is bulged.
* If any warranty gets rejected by the manufacturer or their authorized service center. The Chennai Mobiles will not be held responsible for the same.
* There is no replacement of Purchased device/product guarantee from The Chennai Mobiles unless it is approved by the manufacturers authorized service center.All defects after sales will only
be serviced as per manufacturers service policy norms.
* If service center approves replacement, then customer as to submit Mobile with full kit including box and IMEI Sticker in it. Without above set condition replacement will not be possible.
